A group of Chicagoans joined together to provide mailboxes for those without homes so that they can receive access to documents that make gaining employment and housing more accessible.
Many homeless people are unable to get jobs, homes or even food assistance without a home address. The Black Vegan Restaurant hosts these mailboxes at their location with the goal of providing at least 100 Chicagoans with free mail access. While providing them with mailboxes we also assist them with getting things like their peddlers license so that they can help themselves while waiting on better opportunities.
These mailboxes also provide a space for government assistance documents and information from social services organizations.
E For Everyone Non Profit was created for the sole purpose to make entrepreneurship accessible to all people not dependent on race, age, financial status, ect.
E For Everyone creates relief for individuals experiencing homelessness with designated mailing addresses so they can apply for jobs, legal documents, disability, social security, medications, public assistance and supplemental services such as food stamps.
